Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment is in unused, field-ready condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
